Start your day off right by joining Jewel High and fellow beings for 15 minutes of Laughter Meditation, which is uninterrupted voluntary freestyle laughter. That’s right! We’re not relying on humor to laugh; we’re deciding to laugh away all things that do not contribute to our wellbeing.
With all the unfavorable life events that occur, it is imperative that we come together and speak the universal language called laughter. You are not here to suffer. Laughter dissipates negative thoughts and welcomes joy.
Some of the physiological and psychological benefits of laughter meditation include: stress relief, anxiety relief, increased oxygen to the cells, improved blood circulation, reduced cholesterol, lower blood sugar and more.
